One Photo

that I love so much

Tonight we shared our final meal together at the first place we ate after landing in Cambodia back in August. We then gathered for our sending blessing, where we lit candles and prayed. Before, Carolina gifted us with these hats from the Muffin Man, a cafe and restaurant in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. Going to the Muffin Man was our first time navigating the city as a cohort, and since then become a place of comfort with some real good cheesecake.

I love this photo. It is raw, real and us. These people have been there for every up and down, joy and challenge of this YAGM year. I am so blessed to love and be loved by them. I thank God for this “cool cohesive Cambo cohort!” (the name we coined for ourselves lol)

We said our goodbyes to Espen and Carolina tonight. Tim, Katie and I head our separate ways over the next two days. Not many words right now, just lots of emotions and also lots of love for all of this.
